This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after on-site training period. The role supports multiple business areas and is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center. What the day will look like Every day brings new opportunities to collaborate, innovate and deliver high-value solutions to our clients. You will support consultants and colleagues in the Canadian Health and Benefits area with the financial management of client benefit programs. You will be involved with multiple client results that empower our clients to make informed decisions. In your day-to-day, you will: Prepare analyses for annual renewals, carrier marketings, cost projections, benefit costings and financial statements. Monitor experience, analyze claim costs and trends, and supervise client-relevant indicators. Create client-ready materials. Support ad-hoc financial requests. Coordinate projects and build positive relationships with colleagues and client teams. Stay up to date on group benefits industry trends, products, and technology. Support operational improvements across the team. Participate in functional team activities supporting Health Solutions operations. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proficiency in English. 2–4 years of relevant professional experience. Strong organizational competence combined with the ability to prioritise. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. Ability to work both collaboratively as a key member of a project team and independently with a minimum supervision. Meticulous attention to detail. Sophisticated skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables). You’ll also need strong analytical and mathematical skills and the drive to take initiatives and collaborate actively.
