<p><strong>Analyst I and II</strong></p>
<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: </strong> Performs a wide variety of data analyses under general supervision of senior analysts and managers. </p>
<p><br><strong>JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p>
<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li>Researches assigned portions of a project, documents sources and works with relevant stakeholders inside and outside of department to ensure relevancy.</li>
<li>Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to senior analysts.</li>
<li>Supports the review of functions and structures of business area to avoid overlap and duplication.</li>
<li>Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.</li>
<li>Performs quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale.</li>
<li>Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by senior analysts. </li>
<li>Create, manage, verify and process various construction and storm contracts and purchase orders.</li>
<li>Support networks supply chain and other stakeholders as needed on construction contracts as needed.</li>
<li>Work with external vendors to address invoice issues, contract questions, supporting docs, etc..</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Analyst III </strong></p>
<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: </strong> Works with senior analysts and functional managers to define scope and objectives of a wide variety of projects. </p>
<p><br><strong>JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p>
<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li>Assigned larger portions of project work and provided with latitude to define scope and objectives of own analysis. May develop initial policy recommendations</li>
<li>Provides leadership to junior analysts related to quality control and data consistency</li>
<li>Reviews functions and structures of business area to avoid overlapping and duplication </li>
<li>Manages data documentation using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use</li>
<li>Performs and leads quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale</li>
<li>Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by senior analysts</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</strong><br><strong>Minimum education required of the position</strong></p>
<p>Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree </p>
<p><strong>Minimum experience required of the position</strong></p>
<p>Analyst I: 0-2 years professional experience.</p>
<p>Analyst II: 2-4 years professional experience.</p>
<p>Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience. </p>
