About this opportunity Nordea’s Corporate Finance team offers advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) as well as initial public offerings and other equity capital markets (“ECM”) transactions. Our comprehensive deal experience and track-record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of being the largest Nordic bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advisory services and financing. Our pan-Nordic Corporate Finance setup currently consists of approximately ~100 employees across our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo, with ca. 20 people based in Oslo. What you’ll be doing: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Involvement in the entire deal value chain, from business origination to transaction execution </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Company valuation and modelling </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Financial and commercial analysis </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Creation of marketing materials </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Meeting with current and prospective external customers and stakeholders </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Interaction and coordination with other internal Nordea teams </li> </ul> You’ll join a strong and forward-leaning team in the largest Nordic bank that successfully executes M&A and ECM transactions across all sectors and sizes in the Nordics as well as in Norway.
