The Content Producer, shared across the Growth Marketing team, is responsible for creating high-impact, data-driven content that fuels every stage of the customer journey, from awareness and lead generation to nurturing and conversion. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling and technical execution, ensuring all content is optimized for various channels and aligns directly with key growth metrics and business objectives.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Content Strategy & Production: Translate growth marketing objectives and audience insights into compelling, high-quality content assets.
- Develop engaging content utilizing AI that supports mobility growth, broadband growth, product demand across product solutions and vertical marketing, including email nurtures, landing pages, outreach sequences, sales assets, blog posts, and interactive content.
- Manage the content production calendar, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign launch dates.
- Collaborate with design and brand teams to ensure visual and tone consistency across all assets.
- Performance Optimization:
- Ensure content is built for maximum reach and conversion.
- Partner with the Campaign Manager to support their overall needs.
- Analyze content performance metrics (engagement, conversion rates, time on page) and use data to recommend and implement content strategy adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central content resource for multiple growth initiatives.
- Interface with Product Marketing to ensure content accurately reflects product features, value propositions, and positioning.
- Maintain a central content repository and ensure content can be easily shared and localized as needed.
What we're looking for…
- Proven expertise in developing B2B demand generation content and executing campaigns.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign results and measure performance against key KPIs
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to leverage new AI tools for creative content development.
- Prior experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo and Salesforce, is a plus.
You'll need to have:
- 3+ years of equivalent professional experience in digital content creation or growth marketing.
- Demonstrated portfolio of B2B content (blogs, emails, or landing pages) that showcases both writing strength and strategic thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner).
- Experience in the telecommunications, mobility, or broadband sectors.
- Experience prompting and managing workflows using enterprise AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Claude, Midjourney).
