If you're driven by the passion to change lives, this is the place for you.</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with financial/accounting controls</li> <li>Perform closing procedures including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis</li> <li>Collaborate and assist with the preparation of forecasts and budgets</li> <li>Monitor the integrity of the systems and general ledger transactions</li> <li>Prepare internal and external financial reports</li> <li>Ensure compliance with corporate policies, Sarbanes Oxley, and various commission reporting</li> <li>Provide back up and rotation of responsibilities</li> <li>Analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex spreadsheets</li> <li>Utilize various forecasting, reporting and general ledger software</li> <li>Provide communication related to financial statements, data requests and month end closing processes</li> <li>Proactively improve processes and business solutions</li> <li>This position requires working additional hours during certain times of the month</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Minimum Qualifications </b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related business degree is required.
