In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of PLM configurations to propose system-based solutions to complex business problems. You will be responsible for translating intricate business needs into clear IT deliverables, mapping cross-system workflows, and driving user adoption. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver who can navigate risk-averse environments and advocate for a "data-first" culture, ensuring our product data is structured for future analytics and seamless enterprise integration.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Business Analysis &amp; Workflow Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to translate complex needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs). Map cross-system processes spanning PLM and SAP , and integrate global compliance regulations into workflows. Conduct system testing and communicate system changes as tangible end-user benefits.</p> </li> <li> <p>Data Governance &amp; Lifecycle Management: Enforce master data management (MDM) rules , define ETL data mapping requirements , and translate end-of-life and archiving requirements into actionable system rules. Partner with Data Stewards to prioritize data cleansing efforts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Cross-Functional Communication &amp; Change Management: Act as the "bilingual" bridge between IT and business teams. Drive user adoption by updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , and advocate for a "data-first" culture to prepare for future AI utilization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Project Management &amp; Execution: Manage project plans for system enhancements, facilitate cross-functional meetings , and consistently deliver high-quality system enhancements, test scripts, and process maps on schedule.</p> </li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>2+ years of experience acting as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Process Owner for enterprise PLM, ERP, or R&amp;D systems (e.g., Dassault, Siemens, Centric, SAP PLM, Veeva).</p> </li> <li>Experience writing comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.</li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Familiarity with data governance principles, ETL mapping, and system validation processes (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11).</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in gathering requirements, system implementation, and end-to-end software testing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of the Product Development lifecycle and how product data feeds into downstream supply chain systems (e.g., understanding SAP terms like ROH, HALB, WIP, SKU).</p> </li> <li>Familiarity with data governance principles, ETL mapping, and system validation processes (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11).</li> <li> <p>Capable of developing efficient, scalable solutions to complex historical process issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to mediate between highly technical and non-technical groups. </p> </li> <li> <p>Strong relationship-building skills, capable of driving change and enforcing data rules diplomatically without direct authority.</p> <p> </p> </li> </ul><style type="text/css"> </style> <style type="text/css"> </style> <p><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong><br>Salary Range $76,800.00 - $107,500.00 USD<br><br>Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.<br><br>Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
