WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You'll prepare and deliver regulatory reporting outputs for allocated clients, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, reporting calendars, and quality standards.
  • You'll perform data collation, validation, reconciliation, and input reviews, identifying and escalating anomalies, risks, delays, or exceptions as appropriate.
  • You'll maintain accurate supporting documentation, evidence, and workflow records to support transparent, controlled, and audit-ready reporting processes.
  • You'll collaborate with stakeholders to support client onboarding, new reporting obligations, management information, reporting metrics, and process analysis activities.
  • You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing procedures and guidance materials, participating in training and knowledge sharing, and supporting ad hoc projects across the Regulatory Reporting function.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive compensation and benefits – including allowances, government-mandated benefits, 13th month pay, and performance-based bonuses
  • Health and wellness support – HMO coverage from Day 1 (with dependents), life and accident insurance, mental health support, and medical allowances
  • Leave benefits – generous paid time off, special leave types, and observance of all Philippine holidays
  • Hybrid work setup and tools – company-issued laptop, work-from-home kit, and flexibility after initial onboarding
  • Learning and growth opportunities – access to training, annual salary reviews, internal mobility, and performance rewards

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs in a deadline-driven environment.
  • You effectively manage multiple priorities while applying a control-focused mindset, following procedures and proactively identifying and escalating issues when required.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across functions, locations, and operational teams.
  • You leverage strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to support data-driven and process-oriented activities.
  • You bring experience working with data, reconciliations, and time-sensitive deliverables, ideally within regulatory reporting, financial services, shared services, or similar operational environments.
