Company Description

At Statkraft, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Statkraft has been making clean energy possible for over a century. That is what we offer. 125 years of unrivalled expertise in supplying the world with what it needs most. We envision a world that runs entirely on renewable energy. Because in the fight against climate change, we do not see renewable energy as part of the solution -- we believe it must be the solution. With us, you will shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match

But there is more work to be done – that is why we need you to join us!

Statkraft has been making clean energy possible for over a century. With a strong commitment to a sustainable future, we are Europe’s largest renewable energy producer, operating in more than 20 countries. Our ambition is clear: to renew the way the world is powered.

The Global Drivers team (CSG) is Statkraft’s center of expertise on the long term development of the energy system. This team dives deep into the forces that shape energy markets – from climate policy and emissions to fuel prices, technology trends, and energy demand. We analyse a dynamic space where everything is connected: electricity, heat, transport, and industry are increasingly intertwined, and renewable power is at the heart of the transition.

We are looking for a Renewable Energy  analyst/senior analyst based at Statkraft’s Lilleaker office in Oslo. In this role, you will have responsibilities for long term cost and volume forecasts for the key power technologies of the future power markets, with special emphasis on wind power in the markets where Statkraft operates.
