Together, we are dedicated to turning the vacation of a lifetime into a lifetime of vacations for our guests.  The Royal Caribbean Group’s Risk Management Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, Senior Compliance reporting to the AVP, Crew Medical and Pre-Employment Health Screening.  The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.  The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.  Position Summary:  This position performs analytic and administrative activities focused on key Risk Management initiatives and participates in the assessment, development, and implementation of the Risk Management organization’s (Crew Medical, Crew and Guest Claims, Litigation, Injury Prevention, Insurance & Claims Finance) strategy.  Specifically, this position is responsible for the primary administration and ongoing ownership of the Salesforce Platform, Riskonnect, and administration of the Riskonnect environment in conjunction with the needs of the Crew Wellness Program, Pre-Employment Medical Examination, and Shoreside Referral processes. This position will configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce to support Risk Management business processes, as well as serve as liaison with the ship medical teams and our global approved PEME/Crew Medical provider community with Salesforce-related process improvements, system enhancements, issue resolution, and user enablement.
