<p><strong><u>Job Summary/Purpose </u></strong></p>
<p>The analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the sales and billing performance of the products and services. This role focuses on collecting and interpreting sales and billing data, identifying opportunities for process improvements, creates presentations and ensuring the products and services comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards.</p>
<p>The analyst provides analytical support, assisting with sales and billing reporting, modeling and business case development, presentations, and controls, as well as highlighting key issues and identifying items that may impact profitability.</p>
<p><strong><u>Job Duties/Responsibilities </u></strong></p>
<p><strong> Data Collection and Analysis:</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Gather and analyze data from various sources, such as accounting and finance, operational metrics, and regulatory reports.</li>
<li>Employ strong analytical skills to manipulate large, unstructured datasets to support ad hoc analysis and various presentations.</li>
<li>Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process Optimization:</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and billing processes supporting the utility's products and services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product performance, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Provide recommendations on resource optimization to ensure efficient and cost-effective product delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Regulatory Compliance Monitoring:</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Monitor the operational performance of the utility's products and services to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.</li>
<li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Identify and address any operational issues that may impact regulatory compliance.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reporting and Dashboarding:</strong></p>

<li>Develop and maintains sales and billing performance dashboards and reports for the product management team and other stakeholders.</li>
<li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of data.</span></li>

<p><strong>Cross Functional Collaboration:</strong></p>

<li>Work closely with the product team, billing, marketing, sales, and operating company customer service teams to provide data-driven insights and support product-related initiatives.</li>
<li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Communicate findings and recommendations and create presentations effectively to various stakeholders, including senior management.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor's Degree in technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience. </span></p>
