<p>The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining, governing, and continuously improving critical business data elements that support the company’s Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across item, resource, routing, BOM, and planning control structures that directly impact production schedules, inventory commitments, sourcing decisions, and revenue recognition.</p>

<p>The position serves as a key link between Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT, translating business requirements into reliable planning master data that enables optimal decision-making.</p>
<p><br><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p><u>Master Data Maintenance & Governance</u></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Maintain and update Item Cross Reference Tables, including effective and expiration dates.</li>
<li>Manage Brand and Flavor definitions to ensure accurate item and planning alignment.</li>
<li>Perform Item Branch and Item Customer data maintenance to support planning and fulfillment accuracy.</li>
<li>Review and update Revenue Recognition item and data attributes in alignment with Finance policies.</li>
</ul>
<p><u>Advanced Planning System (APS) Data Management</u></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Maintain ASCP Sourcing Rules and Assignments to support optimized supply and manufacturing strategies.</li>
<li>Update Planning Routes and Planning Bills of Material (BOMs) used by APS tools.</li>
<li>Maintain Resource Consumption Rates that drive estimated production completion dates and times.</li>
<li>Update Resource Unit Calendar Hours to reflect capacity availability and operational changes.</li>
</ul>
<p><u>Planning Controls & Parameters</u></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Maintain Planner Numbers and planning responsibility assignments.</li>
<li>Update Inventory Commitment Preferences, including:</li>
<ul type="circle">
<li>Planning Time Fences</li>
<li>Demand Time Fences</li>
<li>Order Policy Values</li>
<li>ABC Override Tables</li>
<li>Master Planning Family assignments</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p><u>Data Quality & Continuous Improvement</u></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all planning-related master data.</li>
<li>Perform root cause analysis on planning issues caused by master data and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Partner with planners, schedulers, operations, and IT to support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and change control processes for APS master data.</li>
<li>Support audits and compliance initiatives related to planning and financial data.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and/or ERP planning modules (e.g., ASCP, SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, OMP).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of manufacturing planning concepts, including BOMs, routings, capacity, and time fences.</li>
<li>High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Experience supporting discrete, process, or hybrid manufacturing environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with data governance or master data management (MDM) practices.</li>
<li>Experience working cross-functionally with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT.</li>
<li>SQL or reporting tool experience is a plus.</li>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Expected Hiring Salary Range: $75,400 - $105,290 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.) </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan. </span></li>
