Analyst, Technical Product Owner

Support and drive the delivery of technology-enabled products and capabilities by translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and backlogs. Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to prioritize work, manage scope, and ensure solutions are delivered effectively, adopted by users, and aligned to intended business outcomes.
How you'll make an impact:
• Leverage AI and automation technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Moveworks, Power Automate, and Power Apps) to drive productivity, streamline processes, automate workflows, generate actionable insights, and enhance stakeholder engagement and business outcomes
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a defined product area or delivery pod, making scope and sequencing decisions based on business value, technical effort, risk, and dependencies.
• Lead requirements elicitation with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technically feasible product requirements, including success measures (KPIs/OKRs), in partnership with engineering and solution architecture.
• Create and maintain product requirement artifacts (e.g., PRDs, functional specifications) that translate business intent into technical‑ready inputs in partnership with engineering and solution architecture for the product or system in scope.
• Lead delivery planning and execution activities aligned to the delivery approach in use (e.g., Agile ceremonies, Kanban, hybrid, phase‑gated), actively managing risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs within assigned scope.
• Drive demos, UAT readiness, release communications, and adoption activities, ensuring delivered solutions meet intended outcomes.
• Measure, report, and act on delivery outcomes and realized value to inform backlog prioritization and continuous improvement.

What you'll need (required):
• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical field
• 3 years of experience (engineering and/or scientific field) relevant experience in product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery roles with independent responsibility for defined scope or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria. Required or
• 4 years of experience (other technical fields) relevant experience in product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery roles with independent responsibility for defined scope or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria. Required
What else we look for:
• Experience owning a product‑ or pod‑level backlog and delivering technology solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Exposure to data‑enabled or intelligent features (e.g., analytics, automation, AI/ML‑enabled capabilities) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite
• Ability to proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $74,000 to $104,000 (highly experienced).
