Are you a risk professional who thrives on solving complex problems and driving impact across a global organization? Thomson Reuters is looking for an Analyst to join our Third Party Diligence team within the Enterprise Risk Management / Risk Governance function. In this role, you will help build, operate, and continuously improve the diligence and risk assessment capabilities that protect the integrity of our products, content, intellectual property, and supply chain. You will work at the intersection of risk, compliance, procurement, and business operations, partnering across teams to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with customers, partners, and suppliers throughout the third-party lifecycle.
As part of a growing team of risk and supply chain professionals, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the resilience of our supply chain and advancing the Future of Risk vision at Thomson Reuters.
About the Role:
In this opportunity as an Analyst, Third Party Diligence, you will:
Execute third party diligence activities, including identity verification, customer/partner/supplier screening, and engagement-level risk assessments, using defined processes and dedicated tooling.
Perform risk assessments across the third-party lifecycle — including sourcing plans, due diligence, contracting operations, and third-party offboarding — to identify risks associated with selling products and provisioning access to Thomson Reuters content and intellectual property.
Identify, escalate, and document materially relevant issues discovered during diligence and risk assessment activities, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Risk & Compliance, Sales, Sourcing and Procurement, and Accounts Payable — to ensure smooth process delivery and issue resolution.
Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide Third-Party and Supply Chain Risk Management Program (TPSCRM) and its associated projects.
Support the build-out of a practical Third-Party Risk Body of Knowledge spanning risk domains such as Technology and Data, Cyber, ESG, and People and Culture.
Support the creation and delivery of Third-Party training and awareness initiatives to help establish a sustainable risk culture.
Contribute to Third-Party and Supply Chain Risk reporting and dashboards, ensuring data quality and availability for stakeholders.
