<p><span style="color:dimgray">As a Trade Execution Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of supply chain and logistics activities related to grain operations. You will oversee inventory management and reconciliation processes, coordinate warehouse and port logistics flows, and provide operational support to the Trade Execution team.</span></p>

<p><span style="color:dimgray"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Execute and monitor daily supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Perform daily inventory reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Prepare, analyze, and present monthly inventory reports with a high level of accuracy.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Monitor warehouse and port stock movements, verifying quantities, quality standards, and documentation.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Coordinate logistics flows proactively with the Trade, Operations, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth product movement.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Track operational activities and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Support the Trade Execution department with logistics-related analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to minimize delays and ensure product availability.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.</span></li>

<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and reconciliation processes.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.</span></li>

<ul>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Exposure to agricultural commodities, grain logistics, port operations, or trade execution activities is highly desirable.</span></li>

<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">2–3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, inventory management, or trade execution roles.</span></li>
<li style="color:dimgray"><span style="color:dimgray">Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent), with strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>
