About the Team
The Servicing Capabilities & Innovation (SC&I) team sits within the Global Support, Enablement, and Control (GSEC) organization in Global Servicing (GS). As part of GSEC, SC&I is responsible for developing colleague and Card Member-facing servicing capabilities and platforms, advancing AI and GenAI innovation, and delivering several large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Our north star is to create the most seamless servicing experiences for our Card Members and frontline colleagues. We are made up of product owners, technologists, designers, strategic operators, and innovators who partner across Global Servicing to deliver enterprise-ready solutions that improve customer and colleague experiences.
Role Overview
The Analyst, Transformation Value Management supports the Transformation Value Management function by performing analytical research, developing portfolio reporting, preparing executive materials, and assisting with business case development across SC&I's strategic transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director, this role partners with Product, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams to help analyze business performance, measure transformation outcomes, and provide insights that support enterprise decision-making. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, intellectually curious individual who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with data, and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations.
Transformation Value Management
Support the development and maintenance of portfolio reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics across strategic transformation initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and validate financial, operational, and business performance data.
Assist in tracking business outcomes, value realization, customer impact, and operational performance.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and reporting.
Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, data quality, and portfolio governance.
Business Analysis & Financial Insights
Support development of business cases, financial analyses, and investment evaluations.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess business performance, implementation costs, and expected benefits.
Conduct research on industry trends, market benchmarks, and competitive insights.
Assist with vendor analyses, pricing comparisons, and financial evaluations.
Prepare supporting analyses for portfolio prioritization and investment discussions.
Executive Reporting & Communications
Develop executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting materials.
Prepare charts, graphics, and data visualizations that communicate portfolio performance.
Summarize analytical findings into concise, business-focused insights.
Support executive governance meetings by preparing presentation materials and supporting documentation.
Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and visually compelling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams to gather information and support portfolio analyses.
Build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn while contributing to strategic initiatives.
Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and executive requests as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in business analysis, finance, consulting, operations, analytics, project management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, and basic financial modeling.
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional business presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree (MBA or MS) or progress toward an advanced degree.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization and analytical tools.
Experience supporting business cases, financial analyses, executive reporting, or strategic initiatives.
Experience in consulting, business analytics, finance, operations, or customer strategy.
Familiarity with Agile delivery, AI-enabled capabilities, customer servicing, or digital transformation.
Experience creating executive presentations and dashboards.
