Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Treasures Banking clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell a range of banking products and services to Treasures Banking clients
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to Treasures Banking clients
• Actively participate in client events and networking activities to expand the bank's client base
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Have experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide customized solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
