</div><div><p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Vendor Cost Process Execution</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Support day-to-day execution of vendor cost controllership activities across planning, tracking, accruals, reporting and governance cycles.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Coordinate month-end inputs, validate vendor cost data, prepare schedules and track closure of open items within agreed timelines.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Work with Finance, Financial Control, Country Finance and Operations teams to ensure vendor cost processes are completed accurately and consistently.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Reconcile vendor cost schedules with GL, source files, accrual postings and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Investigate variances, maintain data quality checks and ensure reconciliations are review-ready with clear audit trails.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Prepare MIS, dashboards, variance analysis, action trackers and governance reporting to support timely decision-making.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Support vendor cost inputs for Annual Plan, Forecast, Restatement and outlook cycles by consolidating data, validating assumptions and maintaining working files.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Maintain vendor-level cost schedules covering committed spend, run-rate movement, accrual requirements and expected cost trends.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Track key metrics, KRIs, SLA adherence, ageing items, open actions and governance exceptions through to closure.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, control checklists, working files and evidence packs for audit readiness.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Country Finance and vendor management teams to collect inputs, resolve issues and close process dependencies.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Support process standardisation, automation, dashboard testing and reporting enhancements to improve control, transparency and efficiency.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Motivations</b></H2>
