</div><div><p>Process all Bancassurance, Government securities and Mutual Funds applications timely and to complete any other additional task assigned by Line Manager or above. Exercise vigilance before processing of transactions to avoid any operational loss. </div><div><p>• To contribute towards superior service delivery and cost control related to operations of the Wealth Management Businesses by ensuring error free and timely processing of wealth product’s sale and after sales applications.<br>• To ensure that wealth product’s sale and after sales related activities are carried out with the maximum efficiency, security & control and that service is provided to both internal & external customers in accordance with agreed service standards.<br>• To design, recommend and implement action plans for continuous process improvements to enhance both processing efficiency and operational controls and save costs.<br>• Ensuring Wealth Management Operations deliver service as per agreed service standards.<br>• Ensuring initiation, tracking, monitoring, and delivering of key improvement initiatives and projects.<br>• Ensuring changes to system, processes or product offerings are handled in an effective and seamless manner delivering the expected outcomes.<br>• Ensures that the work is performed in accordance with Management Manual, Process Guides, the agreed customer service standards, operational risk requirements and Central Bank regulatory controls.<br>• Highlight inherent risk within processes to Senior Management to ensure bank risk is kept to the minimum.<br>• Suggests improvements and enhancements in current practices, taking future needs into consideration.<br>• Follows rigorously Service Level Agreements established with key internal departments to maintain relationships effectively and efficiently with them.<br>• Document retaining vault’s keys are handled as per group policy.<br>• All Bancassurance, Government securities and Mutual Funds applications are processed timely. <br>• Ensure compliance of Anti Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) policies & procedures in accordance with Group and Local Regulatory guidelines.<br>• Provides timely data/information to officers concerned in preparation of reports/returns required by Group, Central Bank and Tax authorities.<br>• Acts as a backup for Line Manager as per department’s backup schedule and contingency plans.<br>• Due care and vigilance to be taken before processing of transaction to avoid any operational loss. <br>• Ensure to complete any other additional task assigned by Line Manager or above.<br>• Vault keys held as per the combination of keys and mentioned on key register.<br>• Ensure all records are properly stored and archived as per Bank policy.<br>• Effectively manage risks and create a robust control environment.<br>• Ensure adherence to all CST (Control Sample Testing) and HCL (Health Checklist).<br>• Assist in coordinating, facilitating, and promoting understanding of Operational Risk and in implementation and management of Governance & Control within the unit.<br>• Ensure to review and assess risks within my given segment and maintain complete oversight of the risk with controls and ensure that the same are escalated to the respective risk forums with appropriate action plans. Where there is a need to retarget or change any action emanating out of any external/uncontrollable factor, the same will be escalated well before time for necessary actions to be imparted with required approval as per the bank’s requirement<br>• Ensure that all processes/practices in the Unit comply with the Bank’s risk and compliance procedures to minimize security and risk exposure.<br>• Formulate improvements in operating procedures to effectively manage risks and create a robust control environment. <br><br></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About Standard Chartered</b></H2>
