Position Summary The Analyst, Wealth Technology is responsible for supporting and leading projects across the organization with a strong emphasis on data preparation and migration activities, specifically related to CRM data. This position offers extensive exposure to all areas of Focus Financial and provides valuable insight into the organization's operational framework. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced capabilities with SQL and data relationships, strong understanding of CRM platforms, a solution-focused approach, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability for assigned tasks and projects. The role involves supporting platform data migrations, consulting with stakeholders, product teams, and platform engineers to ensure the effective implementation of solutions and delivery of projects. This role is located in St. Louis, MO and will require 3 days/week onsite.  Primary Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Quickly learn business processes and applications.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing tasks for potentially multiple projects.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Interface with platform owners and users to develop a deep understanding of processes and data usage in both legacy and future-state applications.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop data mapping work products for supporting the conversion from source to target platforms.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Enable decision making to remove barriers to execution.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate to spot inefficiencies, recommend improvements and escalate for management guidance.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Works closely with project team through full project lifecycle, supporting creation of project plan, status reporting, issue tracking and resolution, and project closure.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years in an Information Technology role, focusing on data management, business analysis, or solution design.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferred experience within financial services.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferred experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with SQL for data analysis and preparation</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with advanced Excel functionality and capabilities</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with analytical thinking and problem-solving.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with data analytics platforms (i.e., PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience leading communications and presentations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and vendors.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in collaborative team-based work environment.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or a related field.</li> </ul>   This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $85,000-105,000 Base Salary Compensation Range.  Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life and 401(k).
