About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

As an Analytics Account Executive for our Healthcare & Life Sciences patch, you are the commercial driving force behind Salesforce's Analytics portfolio in one of our most strategic verticals. You bring deep experience either in the HLS industry or in the Analytics & Data space - ideally both - and you know how to translate the business value of modern analytics solutions into closed revenue.

You own your patch like a business: you build and manage a sustainable pipeline, track your performance against key KPIs, and lead complex sales cycles end-to-end — from the first conversation to the signed contract. You work closely with Core Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing, and you know how to drive alignment and motivate a virtual deal team without direct authority.

This is a hunter/farmer role with named accounts in the HLS space. If you're looking for a high-impact, numbers-driven environment where your results speak for themselves — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for the Salesforce Analytics portfolio in the HLS market - from pipeline creation to contract close

  • Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy for your territory

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities independently

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and close them

  • Track and steer your business using KPIs including pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, win rate, and revenue

  • Partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners

  • Lead your extended deal team through influence, alignment, and shared goal-setting — without direct reporting lines

  • Stay ahead of market trends in Analytics and AI-driven analytics innovation and translate them into new business opportunities

  • Represent Salesforce at customer meetings, events, and industry forums

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of closing experience in Enterprise Software Sales - you have owned and closed complex deals end-to-end
  • Proven track record of building a strong pipeline and winning complex enterprise deals

  • Analytics/Data — both is a strong plusor• Background in Healthcare & Life Sciences

  • Strong understanding of modern analytics platforms and AI-driven analytics capabilities and their business value

  • High closing orientation, self-starter mentality, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Experience steering a business using KPIs such as pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and win rate

  • Ability to align, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at management and C-level

  • Fluent in German and English

What Sets You Apart

  • You run your territory like your own business - with ownership, accountability, and ambition

  • You're strategic in your thinking and relentless in execution

  • You're data-driven and never lose sight of your pipeline or your numbers

  • You win over customers and colleagues — you know how to get people excited about what analytics can do

  • You bring teams together around a shared vision and drive results through influence

  • You build lasting customer relationships and close opportunities with confidence
