Ready to Press Play on Potential?</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Let's start with the role</strong></p> <p>As an Analytics Engineer at Kaizen Gaming, you’ll be at the heart of our data-driven initiatives,&nbsp; working on the silver and gold layers of our medallion architecture. Your role is integral to enhancing our four core elements: discoverability, security, quality, and data observability.</p> <p><strong>As an Analytics Engineer, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support stakeholders by applying reporting and analysis processes to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports.</li> <li>Enhance reporting and analysis processes by automating workflows or simplifying self-service modeling for stakeholders.</li> <li>Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable, operational solutions that meet our high standards.</li> <li>Adopt best practices in data modeling, ensuring data integrity, creating resilient test designs, and developing comprehensive documentation.</li> <li>Develop and oversee efficient data transformation pipelines, utilizing ETL/ELT processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex SQL code for data manipulation and reporting.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in ETL/ELT and Reporting tools.</li> <li>Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>A continuous improvement mindset, with high attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li> <li>Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation is a plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with data modeling and data warehouse architecture is a plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with Azure services and Databricks is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Recruitment Privacy Notice&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Regarding the data you share with us, you may find and read our recruitment privacy notice <a href="https://careers.kaizengaming.com/privacy-policy" target="_blank">here</a>.</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
