Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, build, and maintain forecasting and analytical models that support strategicĀ planning, staffing, and financial decision-making.
ā¢ Build and maintain internal tools, automations, and production-grade model deploymentsĀ that scale the teamās analytical capabilities beyond ad hoc analysis.
ā¢ Analyze complex operational and financial datasets to identify trends, risks, andĀ opportunities.
ā¢ Provide analytical support for executive leadership by responding to strategic inquiries,Ā special initiatives, and emerging business needs.
ā¢ Develop and monitor KPIs across business functions to ensure accurate performanceĀ measurement and alignment to goals.
ā¢ Translate data into actionable insights through clear reporting, dashboards, andĀ executive-ready presentations.
ā¢ Improve and enhance analytical methodologies by incorporating new data sources,Ā testing assumptions, and refining model parameters.
ā¢ Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams to alignĀ forecasts and planning assumptions.
ā¢ Conduct variance analysis and support root-cause investigations when results divergeĀ from expectations.
ā¢ Uses AI as a productivity and impact multiplier, embedding it into workflows toĀ accelerate analysis, improve output quality, and scale.
Qualifications
ā¢ BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
ā¢ 4+ years of experience in data science, engineering, analytics, or forecasting in aĀ corporate environment.
ā¢ Demonstrated experience building and maintaining data models that influenceĀ operational or financial decisions.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data transformation, statistical analysis,Ā machine learning, and automation.
ā¢ Familiarity with modern software engineering and cloud practices, including versionĀ control (Git), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), agentic coding tools, containerization, CI/CD,Ā and API development.
ā¢ Experience developing dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BIĀ preferred).
ā¢ Experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT workflows, including dataĀ ingestion, transformation logic, validation checks, and production-ready analyticalĀ datasets.
ā¢ Advanced quantitative modeling, analytical reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
ā¢ Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technicalĀ audiences.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in aĀ fast-paced environment.
