The Analytics Engineer I will support the design and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting-ready data models that power decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial teams. Working within our Azure-based data environment, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with analysts, business leaders, and other stakeholders to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
Assist in transforming raw data into structured, reporting-ready datasets using tools like Azure Data Factory Support the development and maintenance of self-service data models that promote a single “source of truth” Write and optimize SQL queries and views to support analytics and reporting needs
Contribute to the upkeep of data model documentation and metadata Collaborate with the BI team to build and enhance dashboards and visualizations in Tableau Demonstrate a growth mindset and eagerness to develop technical skills and domain knowledge
Support the development and maintenance of self-service data models that promote a single “source of truth” Write and optimize SQL queries and views to support analytics and reporting needs Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and other departments to gather data requirements and support ad hoc reporting
What you’ll bring

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical certification/training.
- Knowledge of cloud data warehousing and administration is advantageous.

- Prior experience with healthcare analytics and related concepts is preferred.
