The Analytics Engineer I will support the design and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting-ready data models that power decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial teams. Working within our Azure-based data environment, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with analysts, business leaders, and other stakeholders to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
Assist in transforming raw data into structured, reporting-ready datasets using tools like Azure Data Factory Support the development and maintenance of self-service data models that promote a single “source of truth” Write and optimize SQL queries and views to support analytics and reporting needs

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical certification/training.
  • Knowledge of cloud data warehousing and administration is advantageous.

  • Prior experience with healthcare analytics and related concepts is preferred.

IVX Health is growing fast, and we’re looking for an entry-to-mid-level Analytics Engineer I to join our highly collaborative Finance and Data Team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in data engineering while supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization. We’re seeking someone who loves turning data into insights and is ready to build scalable solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is based in our Brentwood, TN headquarters and follows a flexible hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week with additional flexibility.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in data engineering, specifically in the design, development, implementation,
    management, and support of data structures and the data lifecycle. This includes data maintenance, ETL processes,
    and data governance considerations.
  • Prior experience with healthcare analytics and related concepts is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud data warehousing and administration is advantageous.
