<p>â˘Â   Market and Competitive Analysis  <br>o   Conduct market research to identify trends, OEM and tierâsupplier needs, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics within AP mobility.<br>o   Build OEMâtier mapping, monitor competitive activities, and synthesize insights to inform Proxximaâs opportunity prioritization.<br>o   Maintain a comprehensive, regularly updated database aligned with OEM material specifications and application requirements.<br>⢠  Solution Development & Opportunity Assessment<br>o   Gather and synthesize feedback from OEMs, tiers, and ecosystem partners to validate needs and refine solution direction.<br>o   Translate voiceâofâcustomer insights into strategic initiatives, product requirements, or solution improvements.<br>o   Build case studies, learnings, and commercialization support materials based on regional application experience.<br>⢠  GoâtoâMarket Strategy Support<br>o   Support the development of goâtoâmarket plans for targeted mobility applications, including segmentation analysis, customer targeting, and valueâchain engagement strategies.<br>o   Prepare marketing collateral, opportunity summaries, and dataâdriven insights to support internal and external communication.<br>⢠  KPI Definition and Tracking<br>o   Support the establishment and monitoring of key market development metrics, ensuring visibility into opportunity progress and commercial impact.<br>o   Use data to refine strategic direction and improve opportunity conversion.<br>⢠  Innovation and Trend Spotting<br>o   Track emerging technologies, material innovations, policy developments, and mobility trends to identify potential opportunities or risks.<br>o   Recommend areas for innovation, differentiation, or targeted solution development.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About you</b></H2>

<p>⢠  5+ years of experience in sales & marketing, business development, or technical application development within the automotive industry.<br>⢠  Strong understanding of the automotive development process, OEM/Tier ecosystem dynamics, and material selection criteria.<br>⢠  Proven ability to conduct market analysis, assess business opportunities, and support commercialization initiatives.<br>⢠  Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market data, forecast trends, and generate actionable insights.<br>⢠  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholderâmanagement skills, with proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.<br>⢠  Experience collaborating with crossâfunctional teams, including commercial, technical, and global program stakeholders.<br>⢠  Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer meetings and industry events.</p>
