<p><strong>Asset Management Specialist (IDC / Data Center)</strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ol start="1" type="1"><li>Provide <strong>5ร—8 on-site support</strong> at the IDC in accordance with customer requirements, and be available for <strong>emergency on-call or on-site support outside business hours</strong> when required.</li><li>Strictly comply with <strong>asset management policies, compliance red lines, and customer legal and integrity requirements</strong>. Ensure all processes are lawful and compliant, with <strong>no unauthorized labeling, coding, misreporting, or violations</strong>.</li><li>Follow <strong>standard operating procedures (SOPs)</strong> for <strong>personnel access control</strong> and <strong>asset entry/exit registration</strong> within the warehouse and data center.</li><li>Proficient in <strong>asset management systems and platforms</strong>. Execute work orders in line with <strong>SLA requirements</strong>, ensuring timely responses and high accuracy of asset data. Actively propose <strong>process improvements</strong> for asset management and work order handling.</li><li>Familiar with <strong>IDC environments and asset safety standards</strong>. Manage asset storage, transportation, entry/exit, and scrapping strictly according to SOPs to prevent asset damage. Propose <strong>optimization measures</strong> for environmental safety and asset protection.</li><li>Conduct <strong>full lifecycle asset inventory</strong> within the data center, ensuring <strong>100% accuracy</strong> of asset records, including location, serial number, model, and status. Use asset management tools and related software for <strong>data retrieval, analysis, and anomaly detection</strong>.</li></ol><p><strong>Education Requirements</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Degree:</strong> Associate degree (full-time) or above, or equivalent</li><li><strong>Major:</strong> Related fields (IT, electronics, logistics, asset management, or similar)</li></ul><p><strong>Work Experience &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Industry Experience:</strong> Minimum <strong>3 years</strong></li><li><strong>Relevant Experience:</strong> Minimum <strong>3 years</strong> in asset, warehouse, or data center management</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong><ul type="circle"><li>Familiarity with common <strong>data center equipment</strong> (servers, switches, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>parts and consumables</strong> (optical modules, interface cards, fiber optics)</li><li>Experience in <strong>warehouse operations</strong>, including environmental controls (dust, humidity, dampness prevention)</li></ul></li><li><strong>Work Style:</strong> Proactive problem identification and resolution mindset</li></ul><p style=" margin-left:18.0pt;"><strong>Language Requirements</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Local language + Chinese</strong> (spoken and written)</li></ul>
