We foster a culture of <strong>resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, </strong>and<strong> change</strong>, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.</p><h1><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Role Purpose</span></h1> <p>Support the Asset Rotation team across the full lifecycle of sell-side transactions for renewable energy assets (solar, BESS), acting as a cross-functional link between financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution.</p> <p>The role combines financial rigor with strong organizational and coordination skills, ensuring documentation completeness, alignment among internal and external stakeholders, and timely delivery of due diligence and competitive process materials, from document checks and VDR management to Q&amp;A coordination, financial verifications and process execution support.</p> <h1><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Key Responsibilities</span></h1> <p><strong>1) Due Diligence Coordination &amp; Document Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate document checks and completeness verification across VDR workstreams.</li> <li>Verify DD outputs and ensure alignment with process and counterparty requirements.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain VDR structure, ensuring timely upload, organization and access control of materials.</li> <li>Coordinate internal team members and external advisors (legal, technical, financial, tax) throughout the due diligence process.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2) Q&amp;A and Stakeholder Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collect, track and coordinate responses to Q&amp;A requests from counterparties and investors during due diligence.</li> <li>Liaise with internal subject-matter experts to ensure accurate and timely responses.</li> <li>Support resolution of open items and flag critical issues to the AR Manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3) Competitive Process Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support preparation and review of teasers and marketing materials.</li> <li>Support preparation of process letters and instruction documents.</li> <li>Collect and consolidate information required for competitive processes from internal teams.</li> <li>Coordinate communication flows with financial/tax/legal advisors and investors across process phases.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4) Financial &amp; Reporting Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support preparation of financial summaries, reporting materials and rendiconti for management and Investment Committee purposes.</li> <li>Contribute to maintaining audit-ready files and complition documentation.</li> <li>Prepare high quality presentations and materials for senior management.</li> <li>Build and maintain management dashboards and performance reports</li> </ul> <p><strong>5) Cross-Functional &amp; Market Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a central coordination point across Development, Legal, Finance, EPC and external advisors during transactions.</li> <li>Monitor market and regulatory developments relevant to ongoing processes.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement of due diligence and process-management tools and templates.</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size:14.0pt">What You Bring</span></h1> <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience in M&amp;A, project finance, transaction advisory, or business analysis, ideally within energy, infrastructure or renewables.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.</li> <li>Solid understanding of financial concepts (financial guarantees, reporting, valuation fundamentals).</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation (VDR, Q&amp;A trackers, process materials).</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable interfacing with external advisors and investors.</li> <li>Fluent English; Italian a strong plus.</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Nice-to-Have</span></h1> <ul> <li>Experience with VDR platforms and due diligence management tools.</li> <li>Prior exposure to competitive M&amp;A sale processes (teaser, process letter, Q&amp;A management).</li> <li>Familiarity with renewable energy regulatory frameworks (GSE, ARERA, MASE, TICA, capacity market) and PPA/tolling/project finance concepts.</li> <li>Additional European languages.</li> </ul><p>Follow us on <a href="https://gr.linkedin.com/company/mytilineos-holdings-s--a-?trk=similar-pages">LinkedIn</a> and stay updated on our latest news</p> <p> </p> <p><em>We respect your personal data.
