Conduct advanced statistical analyses and other quantitative techniques to address critical business questions. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on talent, culture, employee experience, organizational health, and leadership topics. Master's degree preferred. For candidates with a master's degree, a minimum of 5 years of applied business analytics experience preferred. Expertise in data querying, analysis, and visualization tools, including SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and related analytical technologies. Experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or similar technologies. Strong ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences. Proven ability to independently lead large-scale, cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. Highly developed communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Strong planning, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to balance analytical rigor and business practicality.
