</div><div><p>The Associate Analyst IT Onsite Support is primarily responsible for supporting IT systems’ end-users by troubleshooting and repairing technical products while using technical expertise and the Company’s diagnostic tools. </div><div><ul>
<li>Serves as the primary point of contact for IT product end users for troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues. Provides friendly, courteous and quality support to all users; </li>
<li>Possesses a high level of self-accountability to provide a timely resolution to technical issues; o Responds to incoming telephone calls, voicemails, web-submissions, emails, chats and face-to-face requests for assistance from users experiencing IT problems; </li>
<li>Troubleshoots, analyzes, resolves, tracks, escalates and accurately documents various technical problems in an effort to minimize system downtime in a multi-user environment (i.e., client specific applications, printers, workstations, etc.); </li>
<li>Makes business-driven decisions related to the allocation of computer-related hardware disbursements; o Accountable to maintaining accurate inventory of hardware assignments, regularly inventories them and decides upgrade reasonableness and timing; </li>
<li>Ensures all hardware is distributed to all new users and collected from former users in a timely manner; </li>
<li>Supports and assists other IT Onsite Support Staff as needed; </li>
<li>Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical users. Adapts communication style and presentation as appropriate for the given audience; </li>
<li>Escalates unresolvable issues appropriately; </li>
<li>Stays current with fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment; </li>
<li>Travels to branch locations as requested; </li>
<li>All other duties as assigned. </li>

</div><div><ul>
<li>Associates degree in an Information Technology-related field or 2 years of working experience in an Information Technology role or combination of education and work experience; </li>
<li>Acute attention to detail </li>
<li>Good, honest and respectful written and oral communication skills; </li>
<li>Perceptive demeanor that can relate to individuals at all levels throughout the Company;</li>
<li>Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; </li>
<li>Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot problems/configure prominent business computer hardware, software applications and operating systems with a focus on quality including, but not limited to:</li>
<li>Windows 7/10;</li>
<li>Microsoft Office; </li>
<li>Printer Support (TCP/IP Settings, SMTP, etc.); </li>
<li>Installing network printers and troubleshoot printer connectivity problems; </li>
<li>Knowledge of and ability to use Remote Session (e.g., LogMeIn Rescue, VNC, etc.); </li>
<li>Android & IOS mobile technologies; </li>
<li>Mobile Device Management (e.g., Airwatch) </li>
<li>Experience with Google Apps for business preferred. </li>
<li>Ability to manage and protect highly confidential information; </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and time management; </li>
<li>Possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. </li>
