Associate Analyst / Analyst Marketing
As an Individual Contributor, this role supports the Demand Center Team in delivering timely and effective reporting across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, CRM systems, and sales operations. This role assists with collecting, transforming, and analyzing data to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance. It also contributes to ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and strong measurement practices across the marketing ecosystem.
Data Management: Conducts data extracting, querying, and formatting that will be used for targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns. Sets up data feeds from marketing and data systems, including Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, ecommerce platforms, websites, and mobile applications. Supports data flow configuration to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintains data sources used for reporting and analysis.
Dashboard and Reporting Support: Builds and maintains automated dashboards and reports to help analyze marketing and sales performance. Supports monitoring trends and identifying optimization opportunities. Helps maintain a reliable view of KPI health for various business stakeholders.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinates with teams across the organization to support business unit KPI reporting needs. Assists in identifying enhancements to reporting views and dashboards. Helps ensure reporting outputs support effective business insights.
Data Analysis and Transformation: Conducts basic to intermediate data analysis to help inform decisions across marketing and sales channels. Supports data appendage, segmentation, and transformation used for targeted multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Contributes to data hygiene processes within key marketing and CRM systems.
Reporting Cadence and Documentation: Helps establish and maintain reporting cadences across marketing and sales channels. Assists with documenting changes to reporting processes and updating standard operating procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
Level is dependent on years of experience and size/complexity of prior positions held.
Associate Analyst level: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Analyst level: Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in marketing and sales technology, including performance metrics across CRM, digital media, marketing automation, ecommerce systems, website analytics, A/B testing, and social media.
Demonstrated expertise using marketing and reporting platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable systems.
Proficient in customer database management and analysis, including advanced querying, aggregation, appending, and segmentation. Experience with querying and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in data collection.
Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in customer experience, data analysis, presentation design, problem solving, project management, teamwork, and technology literacy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and use sound judgment. Ability to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while supporting broader marketing reporting and analytics functions.
