We are looking for an experienced Lead IAM Support Analyst to provide expert operational support for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. The role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, availability, and resilience of critical identity platforms supporting authentication, authorization, access control, and identity lifecycle processes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Okta, Okta Access Gateway, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity federation, along with proven experience in Level 2/Level 3 production support and incident management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 operational support for IAM services, including Okta, Okta Access Gateway, Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization, access, provisioning, and policy-related incidents within agreed service levels.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and contribute to problem management and preventative actions.
- Support IAM platform maintenance, patching, upgrades, version changes, and planned maintenance activities.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution to ensure IAM service resilience and recoverability.
- Monitor IAM platform availability, performance, capacity, integrations, and overall service health.
- Identify operational risks and coordinate remediation activities to improve platform stability and reliability.
- Support application onboarding and troubleshooting across SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIMintegrations.
- Partner with application teams during application changes, migrations, deployments, and production cutovers.
- Validate IAM configurations and access controls during production changes and operational handovers.
- Support MFA, Conditional Access policies, device compliance controls, and identity security policies.
- Ensure IAM operations align with security policies, audit requirements, risk frameworks, and internal controls.
- Prepare and maintain operational, security, access, and audit reports.
- Support access reviews, access recertification, audit evidence collection, and compliance activities.
- Support IAM-related changes through established ITSM, change, release, and service management processes.
- Maintain monitoring, alerting, dashboards, operational runbooks, support procedures, and DR documentation.
- Participate in incident reviews, post-change assessments, resilience reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted operational point of contact for IAM-related issues and requests.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and vendor teams to resolve complex issues.
- Provide recommendations to improve IAM service quality, resilience, security, and user experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 9+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise IAM platforms.
- Proven experience providing Level 2/Level 3 IAM production support in large or complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Okta and Okta Access Gateway.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
- Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Experience supporting identity federation, application integrations, provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong knowledge of IAM platform operations, monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or equivalent tools.
- Experience supporting platform upgrades, patching, maintenance, disaster recovery, and production changes.
- Strong understanding of security controls, access governance, audit requirements, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex identity issues.
- Strong ability to work in global, regulated, security-focused, and high-availability environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, service orientation, and operational discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
