At Dycom Industries, Inc as an Associate Analyst, Operations Support, you’ll provide support to the Program Operations Team. In this role, you will evaluate system gaps, drive platform implementation and continuous improvement, perform key operational and financial reconciliations, and proactively resolve risks before they impact project timelines or financial outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Support operating companies with system implementation and disciplined post‑implementation use

  • Create and maintain operational system training materials

  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Billing, etc., to set up projects in related systems

  • Master operational system data structures and support IT with test environment setup and changes

  • Analyze operational trends and data discrepancies to proactively resolve workflow bottlenecks or financial risks before they impact timelines

  • Monitor automated and manual data flows between platforms

  • Coordinate day-to-day program execution by tracking deliverable milestones and maintaining audit-ready document control systems

  • Complete project close‑out per company standards

  • Review subcontractor invoices for production accuracy and proper accounting

  • Partner with AR and Billing to ensure accurate revenue recognition

  • Assist with month‑end reconciliation of forecast vs. actuals

  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in the construction, utility, telecommunications or corporate environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self‑motivated and driven

  • Proficient with Google Suite applications, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Studio, and Google Slides

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including word, excel, powerpoint.

 

Physical abilities & exposures

  • Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.

  • Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 25% to collaborate with operating company teams, attend team meetings, and occasionally support cross-functionally.
