Associate Data Operations Analyst

<p><strong>Opportunity Overview:</strong></p> <p>Full-time position, in-office. This position will require the candidate to engage critical thinking&nbsp;skills, be intellectually curious, and demonstrate great attention to detail. Requires excellent&nbsp;communications skills both written and oral. Must possess the ability to work with a diverse&nbsp;group of talent both in-person and globally. This is a hands-on manager role, that requires the&nbsp;manager to engage in the work of the team being managed.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute on SOPs, checklists, and quality assurance protocols to ensure operational consistency.</li> <li>Adhere to SLAs&nbsp; and uphold turnaround time, data quality, and compliance standards.</li> <li>Support data scientists by preparing, validating data for model development and deployment.</li> <li>Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies</li> <li>Work flexibly across rotational or client‑aligned shifts as business needs evolve.</li> <li>Perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic operational environment.</li> <li>Communicate risks, delays, dependencies, and issues proactively to stakeholders.</li> <li>Support business teams with data analysis and reporting requirements</li> <li>Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, PHI handling procedures, and data privacy/security regulations across all processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>ISMS roles and responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fair understanding of Information Security practices.&nbsp;</li> <li>Align to the organization policies and procedures.</li> <li>Ensure to get updated with ISMS roles as assigned by the department/process heads.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong>Must-haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in SQL for querying.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas preferred).</li> <li>Maintain high attention to detail across all operational activities.</li> <li>Communicate risks, delays, dependencies, and issues proactively to stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong adherence to data validation and data quality checks.</li> <li>Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors in computer science or master's in computer science with 70% and above.</li> <li>Strong Mathematical skills</li> <li>Understanding of Python programming Data structures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ability to commute/relocate:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana*: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Interview Process*:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Connect with Talent Acquisition&nbsp;</li> <li>Meet with the Hiring Manager</li> <li>Behavioral Interview(s)</li> <li>Case Study</li> <li>Interview with Senior Leadership</li> </ol> <p>*Subject to change</p> <p><strong>About Cohere Health:</strong></p> <p>Cohere Health’s clinical intelligence platform and agentic AI-powered solutions connect health plans’ strategic goals and providers’ needs, optimizing the speed, cost, and quality of care.
