<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Sound HKMA/SFC/MAS regulatory knowledge in investment suitability & selling process and understanding of the private banking business.</span></li>
