Position Summary  As Associate Director, Data Management & Visualization, you will be pivotal in managing the E2E data and visualization process including collection, aggregation, QA, processing and visualization for a major client while also serving as a consultant to all Omnicom Media stakeholders. In addition to managing the day-to-day data and visualization needs of internal and external clients, this role will be managing a high functioning team of managers and/or analysts/sr. analysts.  Key Responsibilities  New Business Setup:  <ul> <li>Work closely with leadership to lead setup from scratch for new accounts/businesses, including systems, processes, and data flow design. Assume full accountability for delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. </li> </ul> Data Migrations:  <ul> <li>Manage and execute large-scale data migration projects and comparable complex assignments. </li> </ul> Consistent Processes:  <ul> <li>Incorporate consistent processes and best practices across Mediabrands clients. </li> </ul> Campaign Naming Conventions:  <ul> <li>Define and ensure adoption of consistent campaign naming structures across platforms and reporting environments. </li> </ul> Data Integration:  <ul> <li>Prepare and integrate outside datasets, including first-party and non-standard digital inputs, into analytics workflows. </li> </ul> Data Quality & Anomaly Detection:  <ul> <li>Implement QA processes and anomaly detection to safeguard data integrity across all deliverables. </li> </ul> Leadership Skills and Stakeholder Management:   <ul> <li>Engage with senior clients, internal leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of data solutions. </li> <li>Ensure quality work output from onshore/offshore teams </li> </ul> Media Platform Knowledge:  <ul> <li>Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs. </li> <li>Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X. </li> <li>Search: SA360, Bing, Google Ads. </li> </ul>  Required Skills  Technical Skills:  <ul> <li>Good understanding of end-to-end data flow, APIs, databases, and BI tools. </li> <li>Visualization and dashboard creation experience; Tableau preferred. </li> <li>Strong BI tool skills (Alteryx, Power BI, KNIME, etc.); Tableau Prep preferred. </li> <li>Database experience (Snowflake preferred). </li> <li>Understanding of taxonomy creation and execution </li> </ul> Media Platform Knowledge:  <ul> <li>Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs. </li> <li>Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X. </li> <li>Search: SA360, Bing, Google Ads. </li> </ul> Leadership Skills:  <ul> <li>Proven experience in management of multiple team members </li> <li>Ability to provide feedback & guidance in a constructive manner to direct reports </li> <li>Demonstrate collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment </li> </ul> Desired Skills & Experience  <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analytics </li> <li>Presentation development and delivery </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication </li> <li>Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive success of colleagues not reporting to you directly </li> </ul> <hr> <h3>Wage and Benefits</h3> We offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.  The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.    <h3>Employment Transparency</h3> It is our policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, creed, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, citizenship, genetic information, veteran status, disability, or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.  Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
