The NielsenIQ Partner Network is a curated marketplace of partners within an open ecosystem who provide mutual clients complementary data sets and services. The network removes the burdensome barriers of sharing data so clients can shift from managing data to doing things with it. The Associate Director, Data Sharing and Governance will be accountable for NielsenIQ’s Community Data Sharing Program within the Partner Network, which enables third party use of, and access to, NielsenIQ data and other information in order to do work on behalf of mutual clients.
Job Responsibilities and Scope
Cultivate and maintain relationships with third parties working with NielsenIQ clients
Oversee a team of global associates tasked with assessing inbound requests via a shared mailbox for data access for permissibility based on established NielsenIQ guidelines, as well as pricing and contracting for data use and access.
Work collaboratively across NielsenIQ to raise awareness of data sharing guidelines and support client inquiries
Complete ownership and accountability to agreed performance standards and revenue targets (measurable results = revenue generated and timely and accurate support of data sharing requests through a shared mailbox)
Identify third parties that may be candidates for expanded partnership
Role Requirements
5+ years of sales, partner success, or client service experience
3+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods working with retail measurement data
Entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinking, and a passion for data governance and security
Familiarity with Generative AI and how companies are using it to accelerate growth
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple (100+) relationships in parallel
Strong oral and written communication skills- able to communicate information with clarity and precision across all levels of the organization via email, in meetings, and in presentations
Experience managing people either directly or within a matrix
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external parties
Work independently, with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset while also training and developing a team of associates
Utilize CRM to build pipeline and successfully manage revenue opportunities
Background and Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail
Familiarity with analytics used within the CPG industry such as forecasting, marketing mix, price and promo, assortment, and others
Proven experience at successfully meeting commercial objectives and deadlines
Related industries and roles include: Consumer Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Sales, Operations, project management, customer service, or deployment.
Experience working with shared mailboxes and/or ticketing systems is preferred
Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $99,800.00 - $123,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
