Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation Development

  • Develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
  • Assist in building conversational AI agents and business automation workflows.
  • Design prompts, AI experiences, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) use cases.
  • Integrate AI solutions with business applications, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
  • Support AI-enabled Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Solution Engineering

  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, JSON, and webhooks.
  • Create reusable components and automation assets to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of AI solutions.
  • Support deployment and maintenance of AI and automation solutions.

Innovation & Adoption

  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and Microsoft AI capabilities.
  • Leverage GitHub Copilot and modern AI development tools to improve productivity.
  • Participate in AI pilots, proof-of-concepts, and innovation initiatives.
  • Assist with AI adoption activities, user training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Follow Responsible AI, security, and governance best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, automation, Power Platform, or AI-related technologies.
  • Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI assistants.
  • Experience with Python, APIs, JSON, and GitHub.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or other AI platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.
  • Knowledge of RAG, vector search, and AI integration concepts.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI and AI governance principles.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or Power Platform solutions.
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or AI-related certifications.
