What you'll do: Your role in making an impact

As an Associate Professional, Master Data Product, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of product master data across Ingram Micro's global systems. You will manage product catalog ingestion activities, create and maintain SKU and product records, validate critical data elements, and resolve complex data issues that impact business operations. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will serve as a trusted subject matter resource for product master data processes, supporting stakeholders, driving process standardization, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate across functions to strengthen data governance practices, support testing and implementation of system enhancements, and help advance automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve data quality and operational efficiency. Your contributions will directly support Ingram Micro's ability to scale globally while maintaining trusted, reliable product information for customers and partners.

What you bring to the role

• Experience working with master data, product data management, catalog operations, data governance, business operations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy, analyze information, identify inconsistencies, and resolve complex data-quality issues.
• Experience working across multiple systems, tools, or databases while managing competing priorities and meeting established timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across different functions, regions, and cultures.
• Curiosity for continuous improvement, technology adoption, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
