About the Department Data & Analytics is a team of 70+ highly skilled IT and Business professionals located across various locations of India including Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon. The main role of the department is to analyse pharma data of varied nature to support organisation in providing best-in-class analytics based commercial solutions to our life science industry clients. Data & Analytics is an integral part of EVERSANA® India and is responsible for driving and delivering such commercialization projects.
About the Role
• We are looking for dynamic people for our Data and Analytics team to participate in end-to-end commercialization projects covering pre-launch, launch and post launch activities.
• The candidate will be responsible for applying advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights.
• As part of their role, they need to assess effective ways of presenting and delivering the results to communicate relevant analytical information to internal stakeholders.
• The candidate’s main responsibility will be to execute and collaborate with both clients and fellow team members to identify and implement solutions. These solutions will cover workstreams like patient cohort creation, HCP list generation, targeting & segmentation, call planning, sizing, territory alignment, reporting and dashboarding, Incentive compensation, ad-hoc analysis. Location & Commitments
• Full-time • Role at Bengaluru or Pune
• Hybrid with atleast 3 days’ work from office every week
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Bachelor degree in relevant fields such as or bachelor’s in engineering or computer science. Master’s degree in Pharma, data analytics or Business Administration is good to have.
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics and working with large datasets (Commercial data like Specialty Pharmacy, HUB, 867 shipment, 852 EDI data, open & closed-claims, affiliations, VEEVA CRM, digital marketing datasets).
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience working with healthcare concepts like targeting, affiliation, call planning, segmentation, Patient data analytics, Incentive Compensation, Tableau Reporting, ML model development & deployment
• Knowledge of US pharma data sets is a must.
• Proficiency in the following programming and analysis tools:
• Expertise SQL is a must
• Advanced Excel is a must
• Python is a must
• Visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is a must
• Machine Learning modeling is good to have
• Microsoft Powerpoint
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
