Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Controls the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information between point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing site, through to customer placement in order to meet customer or manufacturing requirements.
- Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions.
- Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.
- Builds relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues.
- Integrates market intelligence from operating entities, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve competitive position.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Gather and analyze business requirements from warehouse, logistics, shipping, and distribution stakeholders to support SAP-based process improvements.
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis by evaluating current warehouse operations against SAP best practices to enhance inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and order fulfillment processes.
- Configure, support, and maintain SAP logistics modules including: SAP EWM SAP WM SAP Inventory Management SAP TM
- Support warehouse operations including inbound/outbound processing, picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, cycle counting, and shipping activities.
- Utilize Winshuttle and LSMW for data migration, mass uploads, and SAP process automation activities.
- Manage and maintain logistics master data including material masters, storage bins, handling units, batch management, and warehouse organizational structures.
- Develop custom SAP reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics using: Microsoft Power BI Microsoft Excel SAP reporting and query tools
- Conduct data validation, cleansing, and harmonization to ensure accuracy and integrity across warehouse and logistics systems.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and defect resolution activities for SAP enhancements and implementations on business side
- Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation and SOPs
- Train end-users and provide post-go-live production support for SAP warehouse and distribution functionalities.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, transportation, warehouse operations, and IT teams to optimize logistics performance and warehouse throughput.
- Support SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects while minimizing operational disruption.
- Identify warehouse process bottlenecks and recommend automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation, stock movement analysis, and root cause analysis for warehouse discrepancies.
- Utilize SQL queries and SAP data extraction techniques to analyze logistics performance trends and support operational reporting.
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, order cycle time, picking accuracy, warehouse utilization, and on-time shipment performance.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure compliance with operational standards, audit controls, and warehouse procedures.

Required Knowledge and Experience: High School Diploma, Vocational diploma, or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Logistics (or equivalent experience) OR Associate's Degree with 1+ year experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 0+ years experience.
