Automation Analyst
Are you highly detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated by work where accuracy truly matters? As an Automation Analyst, you will play an important role in reviewing medical evidence for automated personal injury claims, ensuring that data is accurate, documentation is complete, and claims are progressed in line with agreed protocols, service level agreements, industry standards, and legal guidelines.

You will also help identify trends, discrepancies, system issues, and anomalies, escalating these quickly so that the wider team can continue to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, medical information, process accuracy, and continuous improvement. You will be part of a collaborative team where quality, customer service, and delivery against targets are key to success.
