Benefits Analyst I/II/III/IV

MDU Resources Group, Inc. is a member of the S&P SmallCap 600 index and is based in Bismarck, ND; operating across the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed Benefits professional to provide excellent customer service via the communication, delivery, and administration of benefit programs to employees. Answer employee questions and work closely with other benefit analysts and third-party administrators to ensure benefit plans are operating smoothly; recommend changes for process improvements. Gathers key plan data such as participation, utilization, cost and competitive data via published benefits surveys, claims, fees, and participation data. Assists senior benefits analysts in the analysis of plan data to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
