The Role of the Analytics Developer
The Analytics Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions and dashboards leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere, while supporting the transition to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
The role combines data engineering, semantic modelling, and advanced dashboard/application development, enabling high-quality insights for business decision-making across finance, procurement, operations, and executive leadership.
As an SAP Development Visualization specialist, you’ll guide the business through requirements gathering, translate needs into functional designs, and help evolve our SAP analytics strategy as we scale.
Opportunity to be trained on emerging SAP Cloud Products that align with SAPs Analytics strategy. These is based on BDC (Business Data Cloud) that includes Datasphere, SAC and Databricks.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being both a trusted advisor and a hands on problem solver. Someone who thrives in complex landscapes, sees patterns where others see noise, and can bring clarity to the business through well designed analytics solutions.

A highly skilled analytics professional responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-grade dashboards, data models, and analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and emerging SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) capabilities.

Core SAP Analytics Skills (Mandatory)
•    SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) 
o    Stories & Optimized Design Experience

o    Scripting (JavaScript-based API)
•    SAP Datasphere 
o    Data modelling and data layer design
o    Integration with SAC and BW/4 and Databricks

Data Modelling & Analytics Skills
•    Advanced KPI modelling: 
o    Calculated measures
o    Restricted measures
o    Cross-model calculations
•    Dimensional modelling concepts: 
o    Measures, dimensions, hierarchies
•    Time-series and financial modelling: 
o    YTD, MTD, rolling metrics, variance
•    Data blending and multi-source modelling

Technical Development Skills
•    SAC scripting (JavaScript subset) for: 
o    Event-driven UI behaviour
o    Data manipulation and filtering
•    SQL (for modelling and performance tuning)
•    Understanding of APIs and integration patterns
•    Experience with CDS views and semantic modelling (preferred)

Data Integration Skills
•    Experience with: 
o    Live vs acquired data connections
o    Data provisioning and transformation
•    Familiarity with: 
o    SAP S/4HANA data structures
o    Hybrid data landscapes (SAP + non-SAP)

Required education -  Secondary school with a graduation exam (university level is an advantage)
Required  work experience - 5+ Years 
Required languages - B2 English
Place of work - Prague office
Date of start –  Upon agreement (Internally best  before Aug 2026)
