Approximately 70% of this role is focused on Paid Search, making it ideal for a candidate with strong search expertise who also brings broader biddable channel experience across social, video, and app. You’ll work across UK and pan-European campaigns, driving performance and identifying growth opportunities for our clients.   Key Responsibilities <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead day-to-day management, optimisation, and reporting of performance media campaigns, with a primary focus on Paid Search</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the delivery and activation of strategies across search, social, video, and app channels</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Work with data and analytics teams to optimise campaigns against robust performance targets, using a trading-led approach</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and propose commercial opportunities based on data insights</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage tracking, trafficking, and bid optimisation using platforms such as SA360, Campaign Manager, Marin, and Sprinklr</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Build strong relationships with media owners and partners to drive innovation and learning</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and present clear, data-driven performance reviews for clients</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain excellent organisation and communication across internal teams and clients</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Support and mentor junior team members</li> </ul>   Client Service <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Build strong, trusted client relationships and manage expectations effectively</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop a solid understanding of your clients’ business and objectives</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure clients have the insights and materials they need to succeed</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Represent Mediahub with professionalism and credibility at all times</li> </ul>   About You <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in Paid Search and/or biddable media, with strong expertise in search</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns and working with data-led trading models</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical skills – confident working with data and Excel</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and organisational skills</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">High attention to detail and commitment to quality</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics) is a plus</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal" style="font-size: 10pt;">A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally</li> </ul>   Employee Transparency  At IPG Mediabrands, we celebrate differences and believe this makes us stronger.
