We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Claims Care Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering meaningful support to clients during important moments in their lives. You will bring strong analytical and critical thinking skills, the ability to assess complex medical and contractual information with accuracy, and a high level of professionalism and empathy.
You are someone who values quality, accountability, and collaboration, while maintaining a strong service mindset when interacting with insured clients and internal stakeholders. Experience within claims, insurance, disability management, or customer care environments will be considered a strong asset.
The base salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $70,000 depending on experience. Details of our additional benefits are outlined below. This job posting is for an existing vacancy. Only one position is available. However, it may be based in multiple locations: Toronto (ON), or Waterloo (ON), or Montreal (QC).
