Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Bilingual Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to quickly understand and execute established financial processes while contributing to continuous improvement.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and business performance metrics.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Perform expense analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Assist with month-end close and other accounting and finance activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.
  • Bilingual proficiency is required, must speak & write English & Mandarin.
  • Able to quickly understand existing workflows, follow established best practices, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • CPA certification or active progress toward CPA is preferred.
  • Experience in expense management, cost accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or financial analysis is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb new concepts and apply them effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
