Bilingual Financial Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Bilingual Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to quickly understand and execute established financial processes while contributing to continuous improvement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and business performance metrics.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform expense analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Assist with month-end close and other accounting and finance activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.
- Bilingual proficiency is required, must speak & write English & Mandarin.
- Able to quickly understand existing workflows, follow established best practices, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- CPA certification or active progress toward CPA is preferred.
- Experience in expense management, cost accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or financial analysis is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb new concepts and apply them effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
