Join us!  </div> This is a full-time, onsite position based in Pflugerville, Texas Location: 305 N. Heatherwilde Blvd Ste. 220, Pflugerville, TX 78660 Hours: 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with some potential for 12pm-8pm (work from home), rotating Sat 8am-4pm.  Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for the supervision of pharmacy technicians in support of the pharmacy manager involved in the pharmacy workflow</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee data entry by pharmacy staff from providers and receiving pharmacies and insure the quality of the pharmacy technicians work</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure confidentiality of patient information and their records, and destruction of relevant documentation which contains patient information</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Assist the pharmacy manager in overseeing staff in fielding calls from major pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies across the country</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Assist the pharmacy manager staff in receiving, processing and transferring patients’ prescriptions, and own the success of the transfer end-to-end</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy manager, management team & Pharmacy Technician staff</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">0-3 years of experience as a Pharmacist</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Active Texas Pharmacist License and California Pharmacist License, and in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Active Pharmacy License in any or all of the the following states preferred</li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">AL, AR, GA, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NE, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, VA, WV</li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong command of the English language</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software</li> </ul> Benefits <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans that fit your needs</li> <li>401(k) retirement plan</li> </ul>  #BlinkPharmacy <div class="content-conclusion">Why Join Us: It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.  At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances.
