We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives and contribute to our cutting-edge projects. Responsible for leading BIM workflows and Autodesk Construction Cloud implementation across project teams. Oversees model coordination, data management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate, efficient digital delivery. Ensures adherence to BIM standards and drives training, adoption, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s BIM strategy to improve project efficiency and align digital goals with overall business objectives. Team Management: Lead and mentor the BIM team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture focused on innovation and excellence. Project Oversight: Oversee BIM implementation across projects to ensure models and deliverables meet technical, industry, and client standards. Technology Integration: Evaluate and adopt new BIM tools and workflows, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems in coordination with IT. Training & Development: Design and implement BIM training programs to promote continuous learning and upskilling within the BIM team. Quality Control: Establish and enforce BIM quality standards, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand BIM expectations and communicate project-specific BIM strategies clearly and professionally. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate BIM processes seamlessly into project workflows. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a BIM Manager in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of BIM software and technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to BIM.
