This role ensures accurate logging of transactions tied to sample management, leveraging platforms such as Smartsheet and Excel to facilitate data integrity and transparency throughout the biospecimen lifecycle.</p> <p>This role is located in our San Francisco headquarters with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in office.</p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Log and track all biospecimen transactions, including shipments from central labs to third-party labs, returns to sites, and sample destruction</li> <li>Maintain and update central and third-party lab databases to ensure real-time accuracy of sample records</li> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain common sample reporting plans using manual and automated tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, or custom programming solutions)</li> <li>Collaborate with laboratory teams and external partners to streamline sample management processes and resolve discrepancies</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational data standards for biospecimen handling and documentation</li> </ul> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <h3><strong>WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, data management, or a related field</li> <li>Experience with biospecimen or laboratory data management systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel)</li> <li>Experience with programming or automation for data tracking and reporting preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in data reporting and database maintenance</li> <li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements for biospecimen management</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment</li> </ul> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <div>#LI-AS1</div> <div>#LI-Onsite</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <h3><strong>WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE OFFER</strong></h3> <p>The expected hourly range for this position is $40.00 to $45.00.
