BIOS Product Manager (Chungho, Taiwan, TW)

<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Req ID: 27019</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Take care the ARM based development for Supermicro server products<br>• Evaluate BIOS design specifications on both the board level and the system level<br>• Control project schedules from design to production<br>• Define and implement lab validation plans to ensure product quality in functionality and reliability<br>• Work with BIOS vendors and technical subject matter experts (IHV) to enable new feature sets</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>10+ years of relevant work experience in project management in system/server architecture is desirable.</li> <li>BS or MS in IT, EE, computer science, business management, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven working experience in project management and strong leadership skills</li> <li>Ability to manage project schedule and control project budgets</li> <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be plus</li> <li>Fluent communication in English and Mandarin is essential</li> <li>Ability to work independently and be self-motivated</li> <li>Must be a team player, have a passion for software development and have excellent verbal /written communication skills</li> </ul></div></div></div>
