We are looking for a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically strong BCBA to join our growing team. • Review client data and modify programs as clinically appropriate
  • Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to support skill development across settings
  • Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members regarding client progress and treatment recommendations
  • Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and other collaborative meetings as appropriate
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, and records
  • Monitor treatment progress, utilization, and service delivery to support continuity and quality of care
  • Provide direct clinical services as needed based on client and program needs
  • Support the development of social, communication, adaptive, and behavioral skills through evidence-based ABA practices
  • Maintain compliance with BACB standards, professional requirements, and company policies
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and continuing education
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of ABA, OT, and Speech professionals
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients, families, and staff

  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage a clinical caseload effectively
